Iphone and Mac app not showing every call

I have a strange fault. Not all of my incoming calls are being logged on the ringcentral apps. Whether that be on my iMac or on my iPhone. I can literally take a call on either the yealink (desktop/home) phone or iPhone and when I take a look on the log to write down my customers telephone number, its not there.
If I log in to the website account and go to call logs they are listed.

I have updated both apps to make sure they are working on the most up to date software.
I have even deleted the app off my phone and reinstalled it, but its still the same. iPhone is unto date with iOS updates as well as my iMac.

It only seems to have happened over the last week or so. I have had the service for 3 years now.

Another strange thing is that for a year or so now, instead of using the ringcentral app on my iphone to accept incoming calls, i set up a divert on the system to call either my iPhone or another cheap throw away phone (Nokia), to call simultaneously with the home yealink. This has worked perfectly. I just use the app to call out, using the regional number.

Now the home phone and the cheap phone will always ring, but my iPhone doesn’t ring every time. It happened a couple of times yesterday. The other cheap mobile phone would ring but my iPhone wouldn’t, not every time but enough to worry me. So I though I would switch off the divert to my iPhone and switch on the ringing for the app. It happened again, not every call would come through.

If anybody could help me with this peculiar problem it would be appreciated as I run out of ideas.
