Is anyone else having issues of login failed on desktop clients?

Is anyone else having issues of login failed on desktop clients?  We are seeing "cannot obtain important account information because of a server error. Please contact support if the problem persists."  We are located in Minnesota.

Customers are reporting that a simple restart resolves this error.  Please restart and let us know if that resolves the issue?
