When a customer calls our main number and receives our greeting, I would love to enable selections for the following (for example):
- Press 1 for new business inquiries
- Press 2 for customer service issues related to our shop/website
- Press 3 for Jane Doe
- Press 4 for John Smith
However, behind the scenes, when the customer presses 1 (for new client inquiries) I want that call routed to Jane Doe's extension and when they press 2 (for customer service) I want that call routed to John Smith's extension.
