What do you mean by a "warm transfer from the iPhone app"?

Hi! It means:

I receive a call and answer it. Then I want to transfer that call to another extension. I do the transfer BUT I am able to speak with the person at the extension I am transferring to. Once I talk with him, I hang up and he receives the call.

Let me know if it is not clear! I hope you have a solution :)

Thanks and best regards,

I was able to do this from the mobile app by doing the following:

Call a person from the mobile app

Put them on hold by pressing ## from the mobile app

Hit * for additional options

Press 1 to transfer the call

Dial your new number you want to transfer to

Wait and speak with the person you just called

When you hang up the call the call on hold should be transferred to the person you were just speaking with.

Hope this helps!

Any news about a better solution? all this steps just to call an extension is too much I think.

Hi, thanks for the reply, when you say: Dial your new number you want to transfer to... you dial the extension number or the whole direct number?

I dialed the whole direct number

Thanks, it worked this way... however.. is there a way to dial the extension or something shorter? It is very uncomfortable to dial the whole number
