Glip system status updates are reported in in the same place as other RingCentral service updates. You can view those at the top of this Community page, or on our Success Site at https://success.ringcentral.com/
In addition, you may have noticed that there is also in-product messaging right in the Glip application. A banner across the top of the screen may appear with under certain circumstances.
If you ever suspect a system issue, but there is not any notification posted, we encourage users to notify us and you can post right here on the Community.
