Is there a simple way to divert incoming calls to voicemail for team meetings?

 We’re a U.K. small business with 10 users, our main number rings within set working hours. We occasionally have a team meeting where everyone is involved and we can’t answer the phone so would like to be able to engage the voicemail for our phone system and set a specific ‘Pre-recorded’ message. 
The meetings are ad-hoc and not always at the same time, so we can’t resolve by diverting to answerphone at a specific time. 

Is there some hardware, (a physical button?) that could be programmed to divert to an answer phone message when pressed and then restore the phone system to normal operating when pressed again?

background// we use ringcentral soft phones and headsets, no physical phones. Some users also use the App when they’re out and about.

One possibility,
create a rule for where the main number goes to that sends to voicemail and plays the desired message. I believe you can skip the date/time and just turn the rule on and off as needed.
