User Settings: customize email notification

We have configured Ring Central to send an email notification when a voice message is left.  However we would like to configure the subject line of the email that gets sent if possible.

I would like to customize the body of the message. 
It would be very helpful to be able to customize the message for integrations. 

We tried having voicemails forwarded directly to Jira to create tickets, but the content was unusable.  There was so much XML and HTML tagging that we couldn't see the text of the message.

We have successfully forwarded the messages to Slack, but again there is a lot of useless content in the message. It would be great to make it short and sweet. 

It would be great if there were some variables that you could choose to send like

Call queue group name
"TO" Extension / phone number called (which may not be the number that is taking the voicemail)
"FROM" originating phone number and caller id information
"Preview" voice to text of the message
the voice recording
"Received date/time"

Right now it would be great to just get a simple text only version of the email without the headers, Dear user, thank you, and footer commercials.  Just doing that would make it much more useful in Jira, Slack, or other integrations.
