I sit possible to download or direct all faxes received to a particular number to be directed to a designated folder on desktop or cloud storage?

If not available can we have this as a feature request.

There's not currently a way to do this, so this is a good idea/feature request.

I've seen some pretty creative things from other users though which you might consider.

1.  If your account is not a hipaa plan, then you can receive email confirmations with the fax attached as a PDF.  You could create a rule in your email client to direct all of these into a specific folder.

2. There's a setting that allows you to automatically print faxes when they come in.  Most people will set this to print to a physical printer, however now days, there are a variety of pdf printers available, and you could potentially install a pdf printer and then turn on the setting to print to the pdf printer. Most pdf printers will have an option to designate a folder to save the document to.
