Is there a way to grant two users access to our third operator "user" in order to check general company voicemail?

We have a small business with two individuals.  If neither of them answers the phone, the call goes to our "operator" voicemail so they both can have access.  Is there an easier way for them to access those voicemails rather than logging out online or on the app and logging back in under that extension?  Can access just be granted in some way so those voicemails show up under their own extension without making unanswered calls go to either of their own voicemail?

Hi Breanne,  

The admin of the account can of course grant the other person admin privileges to log in and check emails, but there's not actually a way to have the voice message go into the other mail box.
