Is there a way to see a list of incoming calls for a queue on RingCentral?

The individuals in our call queues were wondering if there's an interface or part of the app where they can see the numbers and names in the list-view of people calling in and waiting on hold live, not just the detailed call logs.

Yes, you're looking for the Live Reports, under Analytics. This can show incoming call volume and other queue activity, but won't display names and numbers. You may need to add licenses to view the Live Reports if you don't already have that feature included in your contract.

For a more detailed interface showing incoming calls, you'd want to look at the Contact Center software.
