The caller will first hear a message asking them to select a language. ex: "press 1 for Spanish, 2 for French, 3 for German..."(in the appropriate language)
Next, as soon as the caller selects a language, they hear a services directory, ex:"press 1 for billing, 2 for questions, 3 for tech support..." in their selected language.
When the caller makes the second choice, then they are transferred to the appropriate department for handling.
Is the above even possible to configure in RingCentral?
I have looked at the following topics, and in each case, there is no clear solution presented.
