This question is specifically for the softphone software. When I'm in a call, I will usually use the numeric keypad on my keyboard to enter key tones, not the keypad on the phone UI. Every key is represented there except #. Other software I've used in the past mapped / to #, but in RingCentral I just get an error "ding" when I press /. I haven't tried hitting Shift + 3 because even if it works, it's not in any way convenient when I have the other 11 keys in one place under my fingertips.
Am I missing something? Is it possible to map # to a key on the numeric keypad?
