Issue with global call recordings message when auto-recordings selected.

HI There we have an issue where the company requires auto-recordings but not all extensions are affected. So we dont want the recordings message on the company as a whole but only those extensions that have it . This is not possible in the current system. I would like that message to be able to be applicable to either call queues, ring groups or user level so it only plays for those people we are recording

Hey Roe, I don't quite understand....currently you are able to select which extensions have automatic recording turned on.

Yes I can select the extensions but I cant switch off the recording to say "WE are recording these calls" as it is a global setting. I dont want the message to be global because not everyone is getting recorded.

Ok, so what you're saying is you would like to be able to customize the Recording Announcement on an Extension-level basis - as opposed to it being a Global Setting.

Meaning Jim and Suzy have different Recording Announcements. Is that correct?
