I have a problem with the App not connecting with my Samsung Gear Circles. It connects for a few seconds then switches to the handset and then will switch back after a few seconds. It will continue to do this until I shut off my Gear Circles. It even tries to do it when I have the phone on Speaker Phone...?
I own a rides service...so this is a must have fixed because I need my hand-free to be able to answer calls while driving! I've never had any other issues with other similar phone apps. This is strictly an issue with the Office@Hand App itself.
I have a Samsung Note5 that's running Lollipop and v. 8.0.2.3.13 of the Office@Hand app.
Please get this fixed as soon as possible because I am very dependent on my hand-free operations while driving and this one issue will be enough for me to go back to the old app Line2 if not fixed soon.

We'll change this post to an Idea request since that device is not currently a supported model.

Are you talking about my phone is not a supported device? Or the gear circles?
