US It seems like the after hours call queue is gone and the best I can do now is set the system to one specific extension rather than bounce through our queue for the next man up. Is there still a way to create an after hours call queue that I am missing
Hi Chris, those are the same options. It looks like the wording is slightly different (probably just needs to be updated) but they actions are the same. Can you specify what is going on and what you need to have done? You didn't really mention it earlier.
