Reports: filter by time periods, not just by date

It would be nice if the call reports could be limited by time periods as well as by date

Should be able to run reports by HOURS. For example for work hours separately from night (non-work hours) to get a good idea of answered / non-answered / VM calls during work-hours which is more relevant.

I need to be able to see days of week and time of day to see when the majority of our calls are coming in.  Need to be able to plan staffing.
