IVR to Call Service

I have a number that is part of a group IVR, and I need to be able to set up a call-fowarding to an after hours call service.  Does anyone have any experience with this?

My recommendation is to do so via Advanced Rules in Company Call handling.

We use Unconditional call forwarding
