Jabra Evolve 65 pick up call feature should be included

We are a UK RIngCentral user 01234 619064 in a B2B environment. We have provided our staff (20) with Jabra Evolve series headsets as being one of the leading telephone peripheral suppliers. We find that RingCentral doesn't understand the features on the headsets like Accept, Reject & End call & Mute.
