I am a Ring Central user for a Market Research Company.  I am part of the technology team and we currently use Slack in addition to Glip for our communication needs.  I would like to consolidate our use to just Glip but cannot because of the lack of Jenkins Integration.  Ideally, the integration would function the same as Slack's.  Features that are helpful are as follows:
1) There is a color associated with the message indicating whether there was a success (Green) or failure (red).
2) The message puts the Job, Build #, Status, Time, User and Link.
Example 1: Job-X - #12 Started by user Me (Link)
Example 2: Job X - #12 Success after 3 min 4 sec (Link)

Jenkins integration coming soon! Probably around August 21.

I see that the Jenkins integration is now available.  Thank you!  I am unable to get the user to pass through from Jenkins to Glip.  Is there any additional documentation on how to do this?

I don't quite understand the issue here.

Do you mean you cannot get the notifications?  We don't do deep integration with Jenkins. The integration is to display a message in Glip upon Jenkins events, in the Glip chat group you configured.

I was hoping to have the Jenkins user sent through to the Glip message.  For example: Job-X - #12 Started by user Me

Is this possible at this point? If not, is there any plan to allow this?

I don't think it's possible at this point, because the notification is triggered by https://wiki.jenkins.io/display/JENKINS/Notification+Plugin  and this plugin's payload doesn't provide user's name.
