It is absolutely ridiculous that the DND softphone on Polycom Phones only silences the phone. Please sync this phone button up with the User's account status to enable them to turn off all calls by pressing the DND button on any of their softphones. Seems like some simple code would need to be added to the softkey to allow this to sync up.
We're considering having a developer create this for us and set into our provisioning file.

This is currently an internal idea I was told to post here to get votes started.

I agree. To add to that, rejecting a call on Polycom phones also doesn't sync up with the softphone, so if you hit reject on the phone, the call keeps ringing on your desktop/mobile apps. I don't understand why the desk phones and softphone don't operate as one.
