Jumpcloud LDAP integration instead of MS Active Directory?

I would like to integrate our directory with RingCentral. However, we don't use MS Active Directory which seems to be the only option under tools. We currently use jumpcloud.com for our directory service which similar to Otka and required to sync an MS Active directory with RingCentral. Is there a way to just use the LDAP from jumpcloud instead of MS Active Directory?

I currently have SSO set-up with RingCentral from Jumpcloud but I would like to provision user or at least easily add users to RingCentral with jumpcloud.

Let me know if anyone has any suggestion. If not, I think this needs to be a feature request.

I believe the only LDAP services we currently support are through Microsoft Active Directory. LDAP by itself is not listed as a current integration we have on our integrations list page, so the only way to do this right now is through Microsoft Active Directory. You may be able to get a more definitive response if any of our APIs could work this way by posting on our developer community forum at devcommunity.ringcentral.com.

The current integration with MS Active directory is not a single on stop solution. Your system currently has you set us an account with Okta to sync the Active Directory user to Okta (which is a LDAP sync) then Okta syncs with RingCentral.

My service (jumpcloud.com) is similar to Okta minus the Active Directory sync. So, in theory, this would be the same procedure using jumpcloud or Okta because both systems sync the LDAP users. If that is the case, then jumpcloud can easily be an alternative to Okta.

If this feature is important to the way you want to use your RingCentral account, I highly recommend making an idea post on this community site. If other RingCentral users also like this idea, they can vote on it. This is where many new features for our services can start out. We do have a helpful walkthrough page for submitting a new idea in the RingCentral community.
