Is the phone getting an IP address?

No and it's hardwired into my router

Well, as you probably know, that means is network is not seeing the phone.  Your network has to assign the phone an address in order to go out over the internet to see RC.  Sorry for the dumb question, but I'm assuming you unplugged the power brick for 120 seconds and then plugged it back in to do a manual reboot, right?

For some reason your home network is not assigning the phone an ip address.  You probably should reach out to your IT person; it would be impossible to trouble shoot here.
