3. I would be nice to be able to add labels to company numbers. To know what number is used for what purpose. So it is easy to know which number they are supposed to dial out from. Currently our agents have to cross-reference phone numbers with the companies to know to find the correct business number. If they dial out from the wrong number and the customer dials back that number they will be directed to a ring group that serves a different business.
4. I am the agent and want to make a call on behalf of ABC business so to the Desktop app enter the number I want to call and select the number I want to call out from that is dedicated for that business. And rather than having to lookup a phone for ABC business and find it in the list I would like it to say ABC business
5. This allows a call agent to effectively represent multiple businesses. And accurately make outbound calls from a number that will ring back and notify the agent that they are calling about that business.
They cannot use their direct in dial because they will not know what business the customer is calling in for or how to answer the phone.
They cannot use the company main line for the same reason and because the company name line is used for company business rather than client business.
