Option to edit outbound caller id for Ringcentral Desktop application

This is needed for our business operation as well. We need to be able to update the caller ID specific to each extensions name. Currently Ring Central only allows for one business name to be displayed for all lines.

Hiya,
We have hacked a solution for this - if you don't assign the number directly to a queue, but set it to auto receptionist and then use an advanced call-handling rule to re-direct calls from that number to a queue, you can name the number in your 'Company Numbers' section and it comes up as a label on the desktop app.

Any way you could expand on this? After I purchase the number and set it to auto-receptionist how do I create the advanced call-handling rules?
