Lag during Meetings

Our Ringcentral Meetings has been experiencing major lag during the meetings. I have submitted tickets as well as reached out to our contact manager with no help as of now.

Hi Jessica! I have emails back and forth with Spencer as well as an email sent to support however was not provided a ticket number. I apologize, I was not clear on the above when I said tickets. I reached out first on November 15th, I called after and then again on November 27th, I can forward you those emails?
