There shouldn't be a limit on how many desktop you can login on the desktop app. The "Limit Reached" error is restrictive in using the app and de-authorizing the softphone every time you use a different desktop is counter-productive.
We have quite a few users who have multiple computers who have asked to have a second softphone. Most don't understand why if you can't be using more than one at the same time, then why would RC care if you registered more than one.
We also often see this in our business environment. Users change computers based on their shift. Even if the end user had the ability to deauthorize devices, it would be helpful. I was told by Ring Central that it was designed to only allow 2 devices for functionality purposes, but requiring an admin to deauthorize them is cumbersome and tedious.
