Line 1 and 2 should only show on the VVX phones

Description: 
Customer would like to setup their Polycom VVX phones showing only 2 lines on the screen.

Explanation: By default, the phones are showing the extension name 12 times across the screen (Using VVX 411).  Customer wants to have it setup where they would only see lines 1 and 2 without them logging in to phone's GUI to change it or setting up presence to the the remaining lines removed. 

Benefit: 
Convenience on the customer 's part as there are no special setup needed to be done on their end.

Have the user configure their HUD in the Softphone or via service.ringcentral.com (Settings > Phones & Numbers > Presence). Once they do that, the first two lines will be their extension and the rest will be their HUD numbers.
