Hi, I'm a brand new user and I have a quick question and I'm hoping someone can point me to a solution.

I would like to have a list of all users in my address book so that I can simply click on a name and have it ask to dial out. A simple window that I can keep open on my second monitor and just click to dial.

What would be great is if I could use the softphone app and just have one of the buttons be favorites or contacts. I could leave that open and click on it.

Is something like this possible?

Thanks

Hi Josh,

Using the softphone you can setup a favorites list.

To do this, open the softphone. Click the drop-down arrow and click Favorites. There a list of contacts will be listed.

But, sounds like you're asking for a button right on the softphone app (right in the front) to do this. Is that it?

Thanks!

Thanks Desiree. I see the favorites list but it's honestly more cumbersome to use. I would really like a list of phone numbers that I can just click on and get out to a phone number easy.

I think the easiest way is for me to call numbers or receive them and then just "save" them.

Hi everyone - the ability to add "Favorite" contacts is coming in our new softphone, which is in beta now. Expect it to debut in wide release sometime in the next couple months.
