Live Reporting Integration with Salesforce

We are a network security business with a U.S. account.  We work with customers and clients from several different countries, and we have roughly three hundred users/digital lines.  A large number of our employees are Salesforce users.  

Our Sales teams and managers live in Salesforce and it would be much more convenient for them to be able to pull Live Reporting on employee call data from Salesforce via some sort of integration rather than having to log into Ring Central for this.

Hi Ronnie,  You might want to check in with your account manager on this one.  Our existing live reports feature is quite new, and I'm sure our product team will continue to refine it, but it offers nothing in the way of a SalesForce integration at this time.  I'm not sure if it's a fit, but ask your account manager about our ContactCenter solution as it's quite a bit more sophisticated on the reporting side.

Somehow I'm not sure that a "solution" starting at $99.00 per user for the basic plan is a good workaround..
