Live Reports Billing Clarification

Can someone please explain the ring central live reports billing.


Is it based on how many people use the reports?
Example I have 3 managers who use the reports and 20 employees. Is is $75 or is it $575


Keep in mind normal employees will not have access to live reports.

The latter would be correct.  As a general rule (and at the time of this writing) the pricing is as follows:

The price is 25$ (US: 25
USD, UK: 19.99 GBP, EU: 25 EUR, Canada: 35 CAD) per each mailbox that either
uses Live Reports in any way (manager) or appears in Live Reports as a
reporting item (agent)



However,  I use the phrase "general rule" because there could be exceptions based on the account so you'll want to contact your account manager to confirm specifics for your account.
