Live Reports do not show up on multiple devices

One of our US-based admin-level users would like to log into Live Reports via service.ringcentral.com on two computers-- one to show the report via a public display, the second on his personal PC. When logging into the secondary device, it doesn't save his login credentials and needs Account Access Confirmation every time, but the report does show up. On his personal PC, confirmation isn't required, but the Live Reports always shows as "Waiting for Updates."

Can the LR page not show up on two devices simultaneously? Note that this is for web-based Ring Central (service.ringcentral.com).

Hey MS, seems a bit odd. I would suggest opening a case so our Support Team can take a closer look. I would also try clearing cache and cookies first to see if that solves the issue.

This is occurring for me too.  It was working perfectly and now it reads "Waiting for Updates".  We need this data and it is not appearing.
