Live Reports: We should be able to see WHO is calling in (caller ID, caller number)

We have a premium Canadian account.

We provide tech support for our products, there are more than 8 of us. Many of our techs have existing relationships with our customers and should be able to know who is  calling in to prioritize who should pick up the phone. If we could see caller ID or at least the number that they are calling from AS A GROUP displayed from live reports, that would allow us to provide better service. That would make Live Reports actually useful as a tool, all other metrics can be received in other forms of reporting.
