Remote logout ability for admins.

For live reports and other reports to be acurate, and to watch queue status, we need to logout agents remotely from their call controller. otherwise they show up in the reports as AVAILABLE when they are not. I knwo ou can set their login hours, but that changes each week. So if they forget to logout, we need admins to be able to log them out remotely WITHOUT logging is as that agent. I dont want to login 20 times to go logout 20 users. Ned admin screen of active agents, and click button to log them out quickly and easily.

If you are on the office version (I don't know anything about the call center version): 
Logging out of the phone doesn't change the presence/availability. It just logs out of the softphone computer application. 
They will still show up as available in other folks' favorites or HUD.
