After company greeting wether default or custom and before connecting audio, there is a roughly 4-6 sec delay.
Our operator greeting, call screening and connecting message is all turned OFF
Is a way to get rid of this delay?

Please have your IT Dept make sure the router is configured correctly.

Hi Angela, check the Call handeling and forwarding of the extension getting the call.

There is a section called First ring:
Desktop apps and smart phones.

If you are not using a soft phone or the app to get the call then turn this off.

the default is a 5 sec delay.

This should solve your problem

Test and let us know

thank you

Then it's probably the network configurations...
is there a fix for that? I have now added to my company greeting "plz hold  a minute for you to be connected" to explain the lengthy waiting time.

Please see my link posted above.  Your local IT Dept will need to login to the router and set it up with RingCentral's configurations.  This needs to be done on the local network.
