Fax: Ability to receive multiple faxes at a time.

I was told by a Technical Support representative that if we try to send many separate documents, thus messages, to the same fax number, RingCentral would still try to send more than one document at a time to this unique fax number, making all but one of them returning a BUSY status.

For example, directly from our ERP, customer service representatives can send an invoice to customers by fax.  This creates a PDF, which is grabbed by another software sending the PDF as an email to faxnumber@rcfax.com .  If a customer contacts customer service and asks for, say, 15 invoices to be faxed to him, the customer service representatives would send those 15 invoices one by one to faxnumber@rcfax.com .  So if RingCentral does not check if a fax is already being sent to this number, many will simply fail.

Knowing that most fax number can only accept one call (fax) at a time, this could definitely cause issues as RingCentral will only try to send a document three times before failing.

In my opinion, RingCentral should first check if a document is being sent to the fax number before attempting to send a new one, like Microsoft Fax and probably all normal faxing software does.

We have exactly the same problem and the only solution Tech Support suggested to me was to vote a similar idea :)) While this is an obvious design flaw, their approach is embarrassing ...
