Make text message history centrally available to super admins

We need the ability to log and access all SMS conversations similar to how call recordings are currently logged. Our staff and reps use SMS to communicate with patients and it's critical to audit these conversations for date/time occurrence and quality of content/service.  

The absence of this functionality is a major gap in the service that in turn limits our company's ability to optimally serve and support out customers.  Please fix this.

There are a few threads asking for the same type of feature going back years: https://community.ringcentral.com/ringcentral/topics/need-to-be-able-to-download-and-save-a-sms-text-conversation

Currently there's no way to force archiving for users.  We're in a similar situation that we can't use SMS until we have a way to archive them, so we've had to disable it for all users.  We've begun looking at other providers (Google Voice's updated product) in the event this doesn't get sorted in 2020.
