Make the Ring Central connecting call sound distinct

Problem

When you place a call on Ring Central the audio you here will connecting is in fact in two phases.

Phase 1: Ring Central trying to connect to the target telephone network. This takes about 10 seconds.
Phase 2: The dial tone from the target telephone network (ringing or engaged).

The audio for phase 1 however sounds like a normal UK 'phone is ringing' tone.

This is very confusing when for example you dial an engaged number because you get ~10 seconds of 'ringing' (suggesting 'the phone you dialled is waiting to be answered') and then an engaged signal.

Even if the target phone does ring and is eventually answered this makes the entire dial-out seem much longer.

Solution

Change the RC connecting (phase 1) audio to some distinctive audio that is completely different from ringing and engaged tones - such as 'beep beep'.

Even better would a setting could be added in the online portal for each account / company to select their phase 1 audio from a pre-defined list or upload their own sound - as is done with the other types of audio used during a call.
