Making the "CALLED NUMBER ID" be a NAME instead of the USER'S Phone Number.

I would like to know if this is possible..."Making the "CALLED NUMBER ID" be a NAME instead of the USER'S Phone Number." I have about 17 users. Most of the users are a company called The Amazing Escape Room and their different locations. I have a call center that has 2 users with 4 Polycom V330 phones. The newest user is a location for a new sub company called Bury The Hatchet (117). When someone calls that user 117, it rings there as well as the call center (108 and 109) simultaneously. Being I have two different named companies, when the call center gets the call from 117, they didn't know what name company to answer. I changed the Caller ID to be the called number so when the call center gets a call from the Bury the Hatchet location (117), it shows up with not the customer's number but rather Bury the Hatchet's number. I would love to see a feature that would let the call center see BURY THE HATCHET either by itself or in conjunction with the phone number. It would make answering the call center's phones a lot easier and then I could also implement it with my Amazing Escape Room locations so they know exactly which location the call came from. We are a USA account with 12 users and 14 digital lines. I would to hear from anyone who also would like to see this feature as well. Thanks for reading!!
