RingCentral Meetings: Make the chime notification a default setting

1. Account type: U.S.
2. Business is a File-Management for Enterprise
3. We would like to make the "chime when attendees enter/exit meeting" default for all meeting types.
4. Sometimes we have customers that do not have the ability to join a video meeting with video or to take part in a meeting with anything but audio.
5. This way we could be notified when anyone joins/leaves the meeting for any reason at any time.

Thank you for adding this feature, but we've found that adoption/discovery is still very hard. The biggest hurdle is that users have to log into their web profile. Many don't even know this exists. The setting should be exposed to the client application. It should also be set on by default. I find it hard to imagine a use case where the entry chime would be problematic (this app is for meetings, not webcasts), but I can imagine plenty of use cases where not having a chime is problematic.
