Managing Webinar Licenses

I am curious if this is just our organization doing things fundamentally different than most but does anyone have any suggestions on managing webinars?

We're coming from Adobe Connect which was a platform I was not a big fan of.  What the organization is used to is having shared large meeting resources they can schedule to host webinars with our customers.  As a result we'd be looking at potentially 40-50 webinar licenses even though each individual would only be doing a few within the yearly time frame.  This feels like cost I can't justify.  We were using Zoom for a year before moving to RingCentral and so I was expecting some of the features of Zoom webinars to port over which sadly did not.

Does anyone here use RingCentral Webinars successfully?  Here is where I have run into trouble:

1. No scheduling delegation.  Zoom had this so I was expecting it when we moved to RingCentral.  With this we could have created our webinar licenses, set up a workflow to request/approve the webinar resource 

2. Security code on RingCentral accounts.  We're setup for ADFS SSO on our normal accounts, as such when I experiment with shared accounts I was planning on making them RingCentral only accounts. Problem is, that has a security code that gets sent to the email in question which means if someone is scheduling these on someones behalf (or they are borrowing a resource from IT), someone needs to be available to provide that code or they can't start the webinar. One use case is we have two operations people who schedule webinars for some of our account managers/sales reps

3.  Scheduling/Starting a webinar has to be done through the website.


Are we the only company who handles webinars like this?

2018-11-19 We have the same problem with  how we manage role accounts which are what we would use to manage a webinar.  We have thousands of users and cannot use Webinar for these same reasons. 

Using Role Accounts instead of a dedicated "User Account"  is a pretty standard way to manage things at the Enterprise level.

So the account security code roadblock is always an issue for us.

We do not share the Role Account  credential info with presiders who would be running the Webinar, so in all cases, an IT admin has to be available when using the Webinar as implemented in RingCentral's system.

Scheduling having to be done through the website instead of via Google Calendar - how we schedule all other resource use in our Enterprise is another roadblock preventing us from using Webinar.
