We have multiple users that all see the same calls coming in. The problem is that when I update a contact in my call log it doesn't show up for the others. We all have to go in and edit the exact same contact. If there were a way for one person, even if it was admin, to edit the call log and everyone else be able to see those changes it would up our productivity tremendously. We spend roughly 30 minutes per person per day just updating call logs and that time adds up quickly. This could be cut down with this simple feature. Thanks for the consideration.
