I found the same, the address is the original shipping address and there is no where to change it. Preferably there would be an address in the User Settings that could change it. We have one site where the phones originally shipping to the old address prior to the move and launch of RingCentral. Now they are moving again. There is really no where in the user settings to specify the site so I have to use the Department field. At minimal, the columns should be elimanated from the download to avoid confusion.
