Matching record pop-up in Dynamics 365 (CRM)

Matching record pop-up in Dynamics 365 (CRM) is a great feature, but quite often users have more than one browser tab open with different CRM content. We've found that when a call comes in, the matching record pops up not only in the active browser tab, but in other inactive tabs as well, which is annoying as users still need the content in those tabs. Can you limit the pop-up to the active, or just one, tab only?
