When checking messages from a Polycom VVX-410 (or any other VOIP desk phone) the messages are played starting with the oldest message first.  If a user decides to keep/archive a message(s) for future reference, the user always has to listen to all the oldest messages before being able to listen to the current message(s).  It would be extremely helpful if this default order were reversed, so the most current messages are played first, and could be handled faster.  In addition, there is no way to listen to fax and text messages on the desk phone, so the system should ignore those messages when voicemail is accessed by a desk phone.
