Messages & Notifications: send notification to Multiple emails?

Hello,
I am in the US with software version 7.3.1.16173 and I am wondering if there is a way to have more than one email address attached to a user. Our company has a phone that multiple people answer and respond to voicemails for. However, only one person receives the emails for the voicemails, which can create a bit of an troublesome situation when that person is, for example, on vacation or in a meeting. I tried to separate the email addresses a couple different ways: with a semi-colon, a comma, and a space. None of those worked... Any ideas?

Hello,

You can add multiple email address to the "Messages & Notifications" tag under the Users settings. These email address simply need to be separated by a semi-colon.





You have 250 characters to add as many email addresses as you can fit. You should also be able to use a distribution list if you would like to also.
