Messaging on Ring Central.

Account Type: US.  Insurance Agency. Message center. 
Our office just started using ring central a couple of months ago. So far it is working great. I have a suggestion on the Messaging section. Let's say someone posts a question to get an answer on something. The problem is the answers can be spread out over several other posts because others are posting stuff too. It would be so much easier if we could reply directly to that post and build a "Tree" so to speak. This would keep the question and answers grouped together. See the two examples.  I think you can see how confusing the current can be confusing.  Is John answering Jodie, Jackie, or Don?  WE just need a "Reply" option so we can reply to the post directly.



But this way would keep the conversation together.
