Missed calls during office hours

I'm trying to work out the easiest way to view missed calls during office hours. At present, I get the stats from historical reports and select the required day, but this includes calls received out of office hours. I can download a 'detailed' report and filter using Excel, but it is very time consuming. Any ideas?

Hey Gary, I'm not aware of anything in Historical Reports that will display that info
