We have an IVR set up, and we have a couple of 'departments'. Some of these department extensions need to go straight to voicemail, so we have been using Message-Only extensions for them.
The problem here is that not everyone leaves a message, and we need to be informed when someone reaches one of these extensions and doesn't leave a message. These are often calls from potential or existing customers that either come in after-hours or at a time when no one can answer the phone.
