Our company uses RC in US and we sell beauty items in US market.
We send SMS and MMS to over 5000 customers once every week.
We are currently utilizing with 3rd party vendor but they are changing cost plan so we are looking to switch current vendor to RC.
But RC SMS API (specifically Toll Free SMS) doesn't support MMS.
Please look into TF SMS supporting MMS.

Got a customer who just enabled SMS for Toll Free numbers but apparently MMS is not working. This would be a great feature to be included on the next release as some of the SMS sent nowadays has attached pictures or .gif files

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS: CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
3. HIGH LEVEL DESCRIPTION OF THE FEATURE BEING REQUESTED: MY RING CENTRAL NUMBER CURRENTLY RECEIVES/SENDS SMS TEXT MESSAGES. HOWEVER, WHEN MY CLIENT SENDS A TEXT MESSAGE THAT INCLUDES A PICTURE, SUCH TEXT MESSAGE IS NOT DELIVERED TO ME AND MY CLIENT DOES NOT GET A BOUNCE BACK/ERROR MESSAGE NEITHER. WE NEED TO ENSURE SUCH MMS FUNCTIONALITY IS IN PLACE.
4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature: ON A DAILY BASIS CREW ON THE FIELD AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS NEED TO EXCHANGE PICTURES/TEXT MESSAGES TO DESCRIBE A SOLUTION/PROBLEM.
5.Benefit of such feature: WORLD WIDE BENEFIT, MULTIPLE RING CENTRAL CUSTOMERS WILL BENEFIT FORM IT. THERE IS PLENTY OF REQUESTS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY FORUM (SINCE AT LEAST 9 MONTHS) AND NOTHING HAS BEEN IMPLEMENTED YET.
