Mobile app for forwarding number- Need this feature asap!

Currently, you are not allowed to have the mobile app be used for a forwarding number.  This is very important for our business.  Please work on getting this resolved asap.

Can you clarify this a little more. You can forward calls to any user and they can answer with the mobile app.

Currently only when someone manually forwards a call to user's extension can be answered on mobile app however if you set call forwarding on portal to user's extension the mobile app does not work.

I ran into this same limitation. The mobile app should do everything the desktop app does. People do way too much on their phone for this not to be a feature.

Yes and we forwarded a google voice number to one of our direct RC numbers and it rings the line but will not allow answer without pressing a number first to connect the call on the mobile app. It seems like when you press any number it connects the forwarded call.  We should be able to just answer the call regular with out having to press anything extra.

Double check your Google voice settings for that number you forward. If you have Call Screening set to ON, it will require you to press 1. If you turn it OFF it will transfer the call straight away.

no the call screen is not on and the calls work just fine on another phone provider. I forward the calls to a cell phone at the same time and it answer the call right away with out pressing anything. Only this direct RC number when using the mobile app we discovered that you need to press the button. It does not prompt to press the number button it was what we play around and found to work. PS. I am using the android app I have both rc central and phone apps and it does the same on both apps.
